Refund Policy
Elwaudio wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the Software does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund subject to the terms below.
Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date. Refunds may be granted if:
- •The Software does not function as described on the product page
- •You experience a technical issue that Elwaudio is unable to resolve
- •You made a duplicate or accidental purchase
Refunds will not normally be granted if:
- •More than 14 days have passed since purchase
- •The Software has been used extensively beyond initial evaluation
- •The request is based on a change of mind after extended use
How to Request a Refund
All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the merchant of record. To request a refund:
- •Contact Elwaudio at hello@elwaudio.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue
- •Alternatively, contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received at the time of purchase
Elwaudio will respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
What Happens After a Refund
Once a refund is processed:
- •Your license key will be revoked and the Software will no longer activate
- •Any active machine activations will be deactivated
- •You should uninstall the Software from all devices
Free Trials
Where a free trial is offered, we encourage you to evaluate the Software fully before purchasing. The trial period is intended to help you determine whether the Software meets your needs.
